Jay Elliott began his artistic training at the Philadelphia College of Art. He has mastered his craft of quality cabinet refinishing and stunning wall finishes over 25 years.

 

Jay also operated a successful faux finishing studio where he shared his expertise with students and other professionals in the field of creative finishes.​
